Genesee Valley
Growing up in the Genesee Valley of western New York this was a common scene during the summer months. My Great Uncle Len use to say this was “God’s Country” and believe he was probably right. We had a wonder view from our house in Genesee across the entire valley. This is rich farm land and has many wooded areas where wildlife flourishes, especially deer turkey and small game. My uncle Ronnie and I use to hunt pheasants in the corn fields every fall. There was no place better to grow up than in the Genesee Valley.
