Maine Lighthouse
This is a famous lighthouse on the Maine coast I visited a few years ago. I painted the buildings with a little "liberty" and added the old 18th century schooner…which is probably not historically incorrect…..but I liked the look of the sails and the romance of that period’s ships. The rocks and flowers add a nice contrast to the ocean.
